Delivery & Return

✓ Inspect at Delivery: You can check the product in front of our delivery person. If there are any issues with size, color, or you wish to exchange for another product, we will exchange it immediately without any additional delivery fee.

✓ Return Policy: If you don’t like the product after inspection, you may return it. However, please provide the delivery fee to appreciate our delivery person’s effort and service.

✓ Missed Delivery: If you were not available or did not notice the delivery, you can exchange the product within 48 hours after delivery if there are any major issues with the cloth (such as defects, damage, or quality concerns).
