✅ 48-Hour Exchange for Defects
If there’s any manufacturing issue (fabric fault, stitching error, wrong/defective item), contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange.
✅ On-Spot Size Check
Trying for size? Check in front of the delivery agent. If the size is not right, hand it back immediately — we’ll arrange an exchange.
↩️ Return to Exchange
If you didn’t check on delivery, you can still return first and then exchange as per our standard process.
Inspect On Arrival
Open the package and quickly inspect the product. For size checks, try it while the delivery agent is present.
Keep tags/packaging intact for a smooth exchange.
Report the Issue
For defects, message us within 48 hours with your order ID and a clear photo/video.

Exchange & Confirmation
We’ll guide you through pickup/return and send the replacement. If checked on the spot with the agent, the exchange is instant (subject to stock).
Standard delivery/return charges apply as per our Delivery Policy.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging. Hygiene and misuse-related damages aren’t eligible.
